At the print section today at exactly 4 o’clock, there was a gentleman working—he was also there the last time I came. I think it might be related to accent. He spoke to me very rudely. Today, the printer printed five pages incorrectly, and he told me he could fix it from inside. I waited there for about 30 minutes, and even though he saw me waiting, he didn’t attend to me. When I asked once, he said he needed to change something on the printer. While I was waiting there, he helped around six other customers. When he looked at me, he gave me an angry look. Eventually, since I couldn’t wait any longer, I said I needed to leave. At that moment, without even replying, he just turned his head away.
