Worst . Set down try to log in while I was being charged . Asked for help and the people were super rude . One of them even she saw me waving 3 times she just ignored me while the other associate working the other part of the store laughed at me . If you don’t wanna work stay home. Do not go to this location .

I ordered custom Happy Holidays cards with photos, which were ready the same day I ordered them, two days earlier than promised. The cards were well packaged in a small box. Jay at the printing desk was a pleasure to work with, and he also went through the effort to secure a favorable discount for me. This was far better service than I experienced from other Happy Holidays card merchants in prior years.

The printing team at this store lacks basic customer service skills and support. I placed an order on 12/12, which was promised to be ready by 12/13 in the evening. After hearing nothing and the status showing as “in progress”, I called on 12/15 to check in on the timing, only to be informed that they were “about a week behind and couldn’t provide any timing information”. I let them know that I’m traveling on Saturday, 12/20, and asked for when I might have an answer so I can cancel/transfer my order if needed. He told me to call back Friday to find out more, which would’ve left me with no alternative options if they didn’t have an update by Friday. I wasn’t willing to risk having less than 24 hours to formulate a plan B, so I called the local store in the town I’m traveling to, who informed me that their current processing time for my item was 24 hours with no delays. I asked for my order to be transferred and the employee at that store happily provided information. I called this location back, asking for my order to be transferred, and the person I spoke with said it was possible and they would complete the transfer. Today, the new store hadn’t received my order, so I called this location back and spoke with Scott. He was incredibly rude and condescending, telling me that they don’t allow order transfers. When I told him that two other employees confirmed they could transfer and what the process entailed, he then said “well every store in the country is seeing delays right now so you’ll be out of luck no matter what”. I informed him that I had spoken to the new store who confirmed their current processing time with no delays and once again asked for my order to be transferred. With huffing and puffing, he made a “one time exception”. Now, I understand delays - I know it is the holiday season and orders are exponentially higher. I do my best to give people grace but the lack of communication regarding delays and the blatant disrespect from staff is disappointing. Would not recommend this location.

I am very upset with the quality of the business cards that I just picked up from Staples. I worked in store with him and stood over his computer to make sure it was the way that I wanted it and approved the design...what I got was very low quality business cards. The corners looked like someone took a paper slicer to them and at times the white area was left on it. I am not even going to be comfortable passing them out to potential clients. I have already started an order on Vista Print given I know the quality will be what is expected. Sadly, I just wasted $132.00.
