  This is LONG overdue. Over the past few years I have enlisted the services of Staples on north Clark Street to make me, at different times, an outdoor yard sign for my home; an oversized laminated poster for my busness; a few hundred pamphlets, also business related; and perhaps other services I am forgetting. Bottom line: it doesn't matter who had seen to my needs--whether guy or gal, I was ALWAYS treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and expediency. I can't recommend Staples highly enough!

  First off I want to say thank you to Felix who saw I was having a problem and helped me get the copies I needed the Manger sammy she is completely useless I tried to explain I've never made copies before with staples and that I needed help so Felix came over and helped thank you

  Last time I was at this place trying to photocopy something the service was extra mid and I think i was overcharged. Today I went in to print out an excel doc... and I didnt know if the print yourself printers would do it properly. MATT was like... "challenge accepted". I sent him the doc and 2 minutes later... he printed that bad boy out for me exactly how I needed it. I print out a lot of docs for work... and this place stays open past 8pm... so thank you Matt for making what could have been another stressful process here easy. 12/10

  employees are friendly and helpful. Store not usually busy but it was this time, but still someone says hello when we walk in. I don't care if it's from 50feet away.. Just good to be acknowledged as I walk in. Normally if the cashier wasn't helping a customer they would ask if I needed help, but cashier had a line so "Hello" was appreciated.

  Julia, David and Felix are the best at the copy and print center. They are very patient with those of us who are clueless about tech. Actually I think they need a raise after watching them with the crowd of people who were just as inept about computer and technology as myself, they were amazing.
