- LSLori SkloMar 14, 20253.0I love the dispenser and getting water but the delivery system is horrible. I order 2 I get 4. They don't take the empty ones and they don't deliver to your door. I give them 2 more weeks and going somewhere else if it doesn't get straightened out. I received a call within a couple of days (michael) from primo and they are fixing the situation. He was super nice and listened to my problem. I will keep you posted. I love this dispenser!
