- CLCityscape Counseling - Chelsea Hudson, LCPCAug 31, 20231.0Horrendous. I canceled my account with them over a year ago, they did not tell me that I needed to pay for unreturned bottles, never sent me account and then sent me to collections. They refused to help me afterwards when I tried to dispute it. I was forced to pay a collections bureau for an empty bottle that THEIR employee did not come and collect and they never even told me I had a balance.
