This company bought the daycare my daughter has attended for two years and made an absolute mess. First of all they raised the prices on everybody immediately upon taking over. Then less than a year after taking over they gave us 11 days to find a new daycare because they decided to shut down without any reason. Keep in mind the prior owner ran the daycare for 30 years without any issues. Premier has displaced hundreds of families by shutting down the biggest daycare in our town. This company has no integrity or care for the communities they serve, but don’t worry their mission statement and values will tell you otherwise. If your kid attends a daycare from this company or you’re thinking of selling to them, please stay far far away.

This company bought the daycare we've been using a year ago. The previous owner has been running it for a decade. Within one year of this company owning it several of our favorite teachers quit, prices constantly changed, inconsistencies with checking for approved pick-ups when someone other than a parent picked up the kids. Now they give parents notice BEFORE employees that they are closing doors in 9 days. In a small town like this there are very limited daycare centers. 100+ kids suddenly displaced and employees with only 9 days notice with no explanation is a joke! Do not use this daycare company!

I personally haven't had any problems with this company since they took over my son's daycare. 1 year later they are now closing the doors with less than 2 weeks notice to the parents AND staff. Over 100 kids and 20 staff members are now scrambling trying to find childcare/jobs in a market that is already saturated. They clearly do not care about the staff or the families they service. It's heartbreaking to see and it's disgusting the lack of consideration they've shown. PLEASE, DO NOT sell your company to them because they will probably turn around and screw over everyone who has helped your company get to where it is.

About a year ago Premier bought the preschool where my two boys attended. I was skeptical about the changeover after seeing bad reviews. After the initial chaos it seemed... fine? No obvious pros or cons. Things just continued pretty much same as before. Which was great until it wasn't.
On the evening of Feb 18 both parents and staff were told that Premier would be closing the facility and the last day was Feb 27. Supposedly their purchase wasn't profitable enough and that's their only concern. Now ≈130 children and I'm not sure how many staff (≈25?) have to find a place to go with only 9 business days warning.
Avoid Premier managed childcare if you can. Your children are just a line item on a spreadsheet to them.

Great salesmen, and prioritize money over quality of childcare. You may not catch that they are the owners because they keep the name of the childcare which can impact the legacy of the previous owners! RESEARCH before you proceed with partnering or selling your centers! For those who want their children to attend one of their centers do your research and ask many questions!!
I do not recommend this broker for buying or selling a childcare center. In my experience, they showed a serious lack of understanding of childcare operations, licensing requirements, staffing ratios, and the level of care required in this industry.
Important concerns raised by experienced childcare professionals were ignored, and decisions were made without regard for best practices, regulatory compliance, or the well-being of children and staff.
Childcare centers are not standard businesses—they require specialized knowledge, responsibility, and genuine care. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I strongly advise childcare owners and buyers to work only with brokers who have real experience in early childhood education.
