- CDChristopher DavisDec 4, 20251.0Pricing has gotten out of control. Had the service for over a decade. There have been increases over the years, as expected, But, 2025 service was $300/yr and the renewal notice was for $600/yr.
- RFRonnie FreyAug 1, 20251.0I have had several situations now where I bring something in to be mailed and over a week later it has not gone out yet - the USPS says they don't have it even though the mail center says they pick up every day. I'm not sure what this mail center has to gain by this way of doing business. I have left messages asking for the owner to call me back and they never do. I have left email messages on their website and they don't respond. I'm going to have to check for another place to do business with and I hare that because this location is so convenient. But I will no longer give them my business.
