  They won’t see you without an appointment, but they won’t reply to your emails or pickup the phone so it’s useless. Do not waste your time trying to go in person.

  Working in RRB with Konica printers for a 4 years. I would like to let you know that I am very satisfied with services from Chicago Konica office especially with one of yours technician. Francesco F. is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Doesn't matter what is the issue he will resolve it. Thank you. After Francesco left another great technician Hector is coming and doing very good job. It's important that when you request any service he is coming ASAP and do everything in his power to fix it. Thank you Hector.

  I've spent the last two week trying to order supplies for my office printer. No one answers emails or calls you back, and the portal for ordering online is broken. My contract is up in three months, and I will not be renewing it.

  Waiting in a virtual phone line for three hours to talk to someone only to have them hang up on you. And not just this time today, but regularly. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review.
