    Could not recommend this facility or this company any less. Abhorrent service and was lied to by every FedEx employee I came in contact with (which was at least 8). A package was supposed to be delivered to me last Monday, but apparently required a signature. A door tag was left so I followed the direction on the door tag. The website the door tag led me to told me to sign online for delivery the next day, which I did. The following day, the package was again not delivered and another door tag was left. I then called customer service, who told me to sign the door tag and it would be delivered the following day. I signed one of the door tags and left both door tags I received for the courier. The courier stated only the unsigned door tag was present so again it was not delivered. I contacted customer service again and was told to sign another door tag and someone would deliver it the next day. No one ever attempted to deliver. So I contacted customer service again and was told they reached out to this local facility and they would deliver it on Monday because of the weather over the weekend. I specifically asked if a signature would be required, and was told that it would not be, and that the package would be left on my doorstep. Lo and behold, it was not delivered and instead another door tag was left. I called customer service again and they said they would again get in contact with this facility to tell them to deliver the package. After that phone call, I received a phone call from this facility and was told by (presumably the manager) that the package would not be delivered and that I would have to come pick it up or it would be returned to the sender AFTER 9 pm tonight. I informed the person I spoke with that I would not be able to come pick up until after 5 pm due to work and the facility being very far. She said that’s fine, told me what to bring with me, and said “I’ll see you tomorrow to pick up your package”.I drove over 30 minutes after work to pick up the package only to get there and be told that the package was returned to the sender at 10 am this morning. Then I was told to contact customer service to have them reroute it back to me since it was still in transit. I contacted customer service again and they said the package was still in Chicago so I should go to the facility to pick it up. After again informing them that I had just left the facility, they said “the package says undeliverable” and there might be something with the label. I have been constantly fed misinformation and directly lied to for 8 days and I still don’t have my package. I have wasted my time and gas to be disrespected by this despicable company.

    This company and located are the worst the drivers don’t do they job I’m sitting in the house waiting on my package 10:25 AM. He take a picture of the back of the building and lied and Nobody was home didn’t even try to ring the doorbell and FedEx not answering me or trying to make him re-deliver my package today The store needs to be shut down
