  I needed a quick turn on saddlestiched booklets for a seminar at a nearby hotel, and the FedEx crew here had it printed and ready quickly. The quality was great! I have had a lot of great experience printing through FedEx and this location is no exception.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing employee working during my recent visit. She appeared to be alone, yet she was juggling everything—helping multiple customers, managing the self-checkout area, and even answering phones. It was clear she had a lot on her plate, but she handled it all with grace. She moved at her own pace—not rushed—but somehow still got everything done quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to describe, but she was calm and fast at the same time. Truly impressive. I didn’t catch her name, but I believe her name tag said she was the store manager. She absolutely deserves some recognition. Other stores could learn a thing or two from the way she handled the rush.

  The manager was visibly annoyed that I brought in too many boxes to ship for my business (33 boxes that were pre-labeled, so they just had to scan them), so then she refused to accept half of them on a technicality. The technicality was that I had used "FedEx express boxes for ground shipments", which has never been a delivery-preventing issue before in the 5+ years I've been regularly shipping with FedEx. Very frustrating.
