She quickly was able to give me a ballpark quote and talk me through the options. When I came in, she remembered me, and made the process quick and easy. I had concerns about the timeline and quality, but she not only reassured me, but showed me a single page and ensured I was happy with it before I commited to the large print. While I was waiting, she even offered to show me many of the various paper options when I noticed that the paper quality of the print outs seemed really good. This was great, because I didn't know printing on water proof paper was possible, and I've been meaning to find a way to not rely on my phone to recall home-made recipes. This is a great solution!
