    I visited this location to have my large textbook broken up and rebound onto spirals. The staff told me they could complete it the same day and I arrived at 4:45pm before they closed at 6pm. The staff were friendly and attentive and assured me I could wait there until it was done. I had no problem waiting for the book to be rebound and would’ve came back another day if they didn’t have time to complete it. I received my book back about 10 minutes before they closed and paid for the service. Upon inspecting the book at home, I was disappointed to find that some of the pages were not the originals and were poorly photocopied (images are crooked and cut off), so they do not align on the spiral accurately. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is frustrating that neither employee told me what had happened to the pages or apologized and I was expected to pay the full price, when I did not receive the quality of service expected. The textbook is expensive ($225) and I am dissatisfied that I did not receive it back in the quality I originally presented it in.

    The staff here is always professional and friendly. Sasha helped me out today and he got me in and out quickly while still being incredibly detailed in making sure my order was correct.

    Here on December 21st 2025 at 5:30PM & Sasha customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I had just left a previous FedEx in Hyde Park and had a horrible experience. Sasha, thanks so much for your amazing hospitality and great customer service.

    I am so glad I waited to write this review which yesterday would have been one star since a zero stars rating is not possible. After having a less than optimal experience with the managers at this location, I unfortunately had to escalate my concern to more senior management. My concerns were then immediately addressed, correctly and in the professional manner expected when conducting business with an international corporation. Kudos to senior management for exemplifying what exceptional service-recovery looks like, and appreciating the fact that my business matters!

    Just wanted to recognize Sasha for his excellent service and support on my visit to this FedEx location. I needed it to pick up a package so he offered me a cart to take it to my car even though I didn’t need to use it since the package turned out pretty light but it was greatly appreciated. He was also very patient and knowledgeable helping me with a prepaid shipping label.
