    I flew in from California and needed to reprint resumes for my upcoming conference. Adanma, the assistant manager, was so patient with me and my multiple resume edits/reprints. Additionally, I was looking for purple copy paper, but they didn’t have it on the wall. Instead of saying they don’t have any or being lazy, she went to the back and found me some! They were very busy too despite the 4 people on staff at a time. Quality service! She was very friendly and I can tell the staff was too as they made jokes with other local customers. That’s her with the blue hair! Thank you for your help and kindness :)

    I needed to return a package and decided to follow the instructions I’d been given. I walked several blocks to drop it off at a nearby FedEx store, only to be told they would charge an extra $10 for handling the return. This caught me completely off guard—I had no idea there would be a fee. Frustrated, I walked all the way back home, got my car, and drove to a different FedEx location hoping for better options. By this point, I was already feeling quite agitated about the whole situation. However, everything changed the moment I walked through the door. Shawn greeted me warmly and immediately understood what I needed. It was my first time using the self-service kiosk, and while I managed to work through it, Shawn appeared at my side just as I finished, offering helpful guidance for next time. His genuine smile and exceptional customer service completely turned my day around. What had started as an irritating errand became a pleasant experience, and the rest of my day went smoothly from there. Thank you, Shawn.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    I came to the FedEx to print out a large 17 by 13 image. The woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and told me to hold on while she was preparing a poster for another customer. This customer was going to be picking up their poster an hour and a half from when I was there. I waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes while other employees were not busy. When I asked her how long it would take, she told me “ maybe 10 minutes, but I don’t know.” She was disrespectful and was not willing to help. I ended up leaving without getting assistance. This place does not care about their customers. Don’t give them your money and find another UPS or FedEx location.
