After having a less than optimal experience with the managers at this location, I unfortunately had to escalate my concern to more senior management. My concerns were then immediately addressed, correctly and in the professional manner expected when conducting business with an international corporation. Kudos to senior management for exemplifying what exceptional service-recovery looks like, and appreciating the fact that my business matters!

I needed it to pick up a package so he offered me a cart to take it to my car even though I didn’t need to use it since the package turned out pretty light but it was greatly appreciated. He was also very patient and knowledgeable helping me with a prepaid shipping label.

Adanma, the assistant manager, was so patient with me and my multiple resume edits/reprints. Additionally, I was looking for purple copy paper, but they didn’t have it on the wall. Instead of saying they don’t have any or being lazy, she went to the back and found me some! They were very busy too despite the 4 people on staff at a time. Quality service! She was very friendly and I can tell the staff was too as they made jokes with other local customers. That’s her with the blue hair! Thank you for your help and kindness :)
