Upon pickup, I found that the back side was printed upside down, the front content was crooked, and the 11x17 sheet wasn't even cut square! I'll give them two stars instead of one just for making me laugh.

I went to the FedEx on Roosevelt and had a the customer service was absolutely amazing. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you’re ok with nasty attitudes from people who hate what they choose to do for a living.

I won’t be returning here and would not recommend this store to anyone who needs reliable or supportive service.
