- JMJason Miller3 days ago1.0This company is the worst is a line of bad delivery services -- worse than both UPS and USPS. I can't get them to deliver my package, I can't reroute it because they think my home is a business (which it is not), and I can't get them to bring the package to a store for me to pick up myself. I can't get help with the package because every number I call sends me to a machine, and the machine doesn't recognize the tracking number or the door tag number they've given me. If you're a small business owner, please do not use FedEx because you will be losing my business.

I spent two hours and $100 (not including the voucher they gave me) to print 30 color pages. FedEx, please make the process easier — I will never print here again. Two stars are for workers who actually tried to help and were kind, otherwise I would give minus 100.
