  SAMANTHA, is a Stellar employee. I arrived 15 minutes until closing (not knowing) and Samantha was patient, kind and extremely helpful. My work was completed 15 minutes past closing hours and at no point was I rushed in any way. I did not become aware until I saw Samantha locking up shop. What a professional she is! They don’t make Customer Service reps like that anymore. Thank you Samantha.

  Excellent. Fast and efficient. I had some issues with the self-service multi-functional machine, but the store manager took good care of us.

  I believe the person working was named Elaina. I had no idea how to use fedex services. She was very non-informative. I needed to renew my license which i've renewed 3 times before through fedex. Never had a problem in the past because ive had attentive and happy to help customer service. She did try to fix the problem. But my license was NOT cut along the guidelines that appear on the paper.
