The FedEx room upstairs on the lobby floor is a traditional hotel business center (computers and printers). BUT THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE FEDEX OFFICE IN THE LOWER LOBBY. THEY ARE WORTH 5 STARS. I interacted with Roy and Anthony across a week long conference receiving and sending out packages with prepaid UPS labels. They were kind, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my time and temperature sensitive packages got out on time. Appreciate their care. Warning: there is a $10 handling fee for them to receive packages for guests and another $10 handling fee if you send anything out. But that is a corporate policy and they try to accommodate and waive where they can.
