- SKSusan KimOct 3, 20255.0The Hilton Chicago is terrible (all the employees are overworked, stretched thin and they provide extremely poor customer service). The FedEx room upstairs on the lobby floor is a traditional hotel business center (computers and printers). BUT THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE FEDEX OFFICE IN THE LOWER LOBBY. THEY ARE WORTH 5 STARS. I interacted with Roy and Anthony across a week long conference receiving and sending out packages with prepaid UPS labels. They were kind, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my time and temperature sensitive packages got out on time. Appreciate their care. Warning: there is a $10 handling fee for them to receive packages for guests and another $10 handling fee if you send anything out. But that is a corporate policy and they try to accommodate and waive where they can.

I left after the third time he repeated that there's a surcharge because it's a hotel. We were exiting via the hotel hallway and I could still hear him back in the FedEx office yelling that he needs to weigh my package.
