- SWSheena WillDec 30, 20251.0The African American male at this was very rude, unfriendly and unwilling to ship my clothing bag to online thrift store Thred Up that advertises that FedEx and USPS are participating methods to ship to their facilities. This guy attempted to charge me $44.00 to ship domestic and advised me to use another courier. He also was more friendly to the white women and male that he was assisting when I entered the store. When it was my turn to go up to the counter his demeanor changed and became aggressive. I will never patronize this location ever again. And will ensure to report this incident to the corporate Headquarters.
