  Really dishonest staff and services at this location. The up charge for everything without telling you beforehand, and then a super dismissive and rude when you notice the charges. They go out of the way to be behaving a passive aggressive manner, and are quite dishonest about services and charges. I was told there’s a $2.50 charge for everything printed on site, and when I sent two emails in for printing, even though it was the same visit and I was waiting right there, I was told there would be a separate surcharge for printing each email. Completely ridiculous and when I pointed that out, they refused to print my materials. They also have charged me 10 bucks for printing a page that they apparently “stretched to size“ and that service comes with a $10up charge. Watch out for these hidden fees and charges that they seem to just make up as they go along. There are so many other print centers, avoid this one

  Michelle was AWESOME helping me with a weird-sized and PIA shaped package. She was also incredibly patient and understanding with problems regarding the label the company had provided me. Y'all need more professional and good-natured ppl like her! Much appreciated.

  I arrived at this FedEx location at 5:55 PM to drop off a package, before their posted closing time of 6:00 PM. The store was still open, the "Open" sign was clearly on, and yet the employee refused to accept my shipment. If the staff stops taking customers before the posted hours, then both the store signage and online hours need to be updated to reflect the actual cutoff time. It’s misleading and frustrating for customers who plan their day around posted business hours. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. There seems to be an ongoing issue with this location turning away customers before closing

  Avoid the short dude behind the counter at all costs. He's combative / passive aggressive / condescending from the moment you approach the counter.

  Representative created an incomplete shipping label intended for a conference, never arrived due to the representative missing exhibit and booth info. Asked FEDEX to return my package to Chicago, it cam to Chicago and was shipped back to Philadelphia in error, Driver drops my package off and no one knows where its at. Very poor customer service in trying to retrieve my equipment. I will never use this system again, it's OVERRATED
