The store was still open, the "Open" sign was clearly on, and yet the employee refused to accept my shipment. If the staff stops taking customers before the posted hours, then both the store signage and online hours need to be updated to reflect the actual cutoff time. It’s misleading and frustrating for customers who plan their day around posted business hours. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. There seems to be an ongoing issue with this location turning away customers before closing

I went in to get some last minute prints done for my wedding this weekend and Delano truly saved the day. I went in at 7pm (they close at 8) and asked to get my programs printed and some other odds and ends. Not only did he print everything in real-time, he let me stay an extra 15 minutes to finish cutting everything. Delano made sure to talk through every job with me, to make sure I wasn't missing anything and I was getting the most bang for the buck. Great conversation and expert help made this experience awesome. Definitely made my upcoming wedding day a little less stressful. Come here for your prints and business needs. Delano is a pro!
