  Really dishonest staff and services at this location. The up charge for everything without telling you beforehand, and then a super dismissive and rude when you notice the charges. They go out of the way to be behaving a passive aggressive manner, and are quite dishonest about services and charges. I was told there’s a $2.50 charge for everything printed on site, and when I sent two emails in for printing, even though it was the same visit and I was waiting right there, I was told there would be a separate surcharge for printing each email. Completely ridiculous and when I pointed that out, they refused to print my materials. They also have charged me 10 bucks for printing a page that they apparently “stretched to size“ and that service comes with a $10up charge. Watch out for these hidden fees and charges that they seem to just make up as they go along. There are so many other print centers, avoid this one

  Michelle was AWESOME helping me with a weird-sized and PIA shaped package. She was also incredibly patient and understanding with problems regarding the label the company had provided me. Y'all need more professional and good-natured ppl like her! Much appreciated.

  No comparison. This team is amazing. Never have I had a shipping office where I know the team, but you can't help but get to know and love them. Michelle, Harvey, Shamikis & Willie - y'all are *the* best. Thanks for all that you do and for how many times I've run up there with a printing or shipping "emergency" that you've handled quickly and with ease and a smile!

  Woman behind the counter stole my package (pre-labeled). It's literally on video and over four phone calls FedEx keeps saying they'll call me back with a resolution but then they don't. Having to file a claim with my own insurance.

  Could not be happier with my experience FedEx. I worked with Delano, who helped me through the entire process. Delano was politely, knowledgable and helpful, at no point did he make it appear that I was bothering him with all my questions, or make me feel that I was not important, it was the complete opposite. I was shipping a large package from Chicago to Philadelphia; he helped pick the best shipping option, and packed everything in the box so that it would all fit.
