- SBstephanie banyasSep 10, 20251.0Dear Lord, the man who waited on me at 5:15 p.m on Sept 9 with long hair could not have been less interested or friendly. Honestly, I know this probably isn't his dream job but don't take out your frustration on me. Mumbled, rolled his eyes and could barely be bothered to have to answer my questions. I am so sick of lack of customer service. The store was empty...he was just sanding there doing NOTHING when I entered yet still couldn't even muster up a smile or LORD FORBID a thank you. I hadn't used FED EX in a while, choosing just to go to UPS or US Postal service because of FED EX horrible delivery record but thought that I wold give them another chance. Thanks to "friendly" man, I will not be back. FEd EX use to be the gold standard in every way now you are just like everyone else.

I came in around 6:30 PM with some very last-minute printing needs, and they absolutely held it down. Despite the time crunch, they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Kevontae and the others made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I’m so grateful for their dedication and customer service. Thank you all!

Told him I had cash and he told me to go to the copier. Need it on resume paper and still felt like I was a bother to him. I would rather send a email to corporate and contact Kim Dixon, due to his unprofessional behavior. Kim always believes in 100% satisfaction and growth within the communities.
