Honestly, I know this probably isn't his dream job but don't take out your frustration on me. Mumbled, rolled his eyes and could barely be bothered to have to answer my questions. I am so sick of lack of customer service. The store was empty...he was just sanding there doing NOTHING when I entered yet still couldn't even muster up a smile or LORD FORBID a thank you. I hadn't used FED EX in a while, choosing just to go to UPS or US Postal service because of FED EX horrible delivery record but thought that I wold give them another chance. Thanks to "friendly" man, I will not be back. FEd EX use to be the gold standard in every way now you are just like everyone else.
