This left my wife with only option to park in handicap. The way they treated her put her into tears. The issue I have is the company booting cars is in one of the customer spots in the lot where there’s 6 spots. I hope fedex steps in with the landlord on this they pay the rent.

She sent out one package and I told her I had about 9 more to go I just needed to get them from my car. I cannot believe how disrespectful she was. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day in her personal life but if I was manager/owner I would never want someone like this working for me. I ended up driving to UPS on division street and sent out my packages no problem. Please speak with the employees and tell them not to refuse to send out packages.
