I (personally)* am very happy with the services of FedEx Office inside the hotel. This year, the specialist assigned to us was wonderful - when their folder machine was unavailable they shipped my job to another store to make sure it got done, and they delivered early. For a small version of FedEx Office, they do an excellent job with the resources they have.
