Sabotaged Delivery Supported by the Manager:
An employee purposefully attached a wrong label/address. Despite April, the Manager's efforts, the Fedex claims department saw through April's lies and paid out the claim for the sabotaged delivery. April went out of her way to cause me insult, injury, and $$.

I absolutely love two other FedEx locations I usually go to. This particular location — their service is entitled, with the attitude through the roof. If you don’t speak up, it’s only because you’re afraid. And you’re paying money for that. Go to another FedEx location. You can either swallow it and pretend you don’t see it, or take your business to people who are actually kind, hard-working, and doing their job with some effort which is actually customer-oriented.

Glad that i ordered my Christmas cards here. So quick and great quality too. Michael went out of his way in helping us find envelopes. Just a heads up, they don’t sell stamps.

Once again another bad customer service experience. Upon walking into store everyone just looks at you with this blank stare. No one greets you just the most nonchalant attitude with Amanda and the other front office staff.
In the mist of side conversations upon staff I felt like I was just standing there without clear directions.
After getting more feedback from my boss with shipping directions-I decided to take business elsewhere and hopes customer service will be better. This is my neighborhood FedEx will not be back!!!

The most pathetic experience I receive. I called in early to check if the cutter was broken(it’s been broken for weeks) and the manager of this location confirmed it’s working. I come to to cut my wedding stationary and it’s still broken - the manager says “ it cuts but I didn’t know if you wanted to cut it straight”. Don’t recommend coming here!!
