Wanted thank the real MVP’s Erica and Haley!!Great customer service literally were the biggest lifesaver for having to get my real ID almost did not make it in time. I had not brought enough proper documentation and it was 4:50 PM and had to get back before Secretary of State closed. Big shout out to Erica and Haley would’ve wasted two hours. Had they not gotten me in and out in a in no time at all

It is a testament to my 20 years of experience with FedEx office that the contents of my package arrived unscathed. The team member made clear he didn't want to pack our box for us. He also was not at all helpful when we took on the task ourselves. I understand why he refused to let us use the box perforator but he didn't offer to do it for us when I expressed my concern. Instead he offered and added an inadequate amount of filler. Additionally, while I was packing my box, my beautiful wife was getting the address all set up and he didn't even ask the value. Just put zero, which was absolutely wrong. Shipment was worth probably $1,000. Despite all that it got to its location without anything breaking. Additionally, I tried to have it rerouted to a hold at location. The FedEx website only showed me a few Walgreens around Salt Lake City that I could pick it up from and we don't do business with Walgreens. So... then I called the location I wanted it held at. They said that would be fine. Transferred me to customer service who then told me that the only two places I could have that package held were in a town called Toole and another town called Park City. These are in opposite directions, very far from me and each other, and NOT the store that I had JUST spoken to. She said they didn't accept HAL's, which was absolutely untrue as I had just got off the phone with them literally transferred from them to her. She then gave me a generic list of excuses why, none of which were even applicable. In fact, There are about 15 FedEx office locations in between the two places she listed, but the woman was adamant that there were no FedEx office locations that would accept the hold at location within the Salt Lake City boundary beyond Walgreens. And as I said, we won't step foot in a Walgreens. So... I don't know what that's about either but they should really get that fixed. I finally got it sent to a place about 30 minutes away from me through their website, even though they have a place right around the corner. So... FedEx is a struggle.
