  Our HOA is 26 acres large (comprised of condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes) and have used Emcee Building Services for the last five years. Emcee is very responsive, hardworking, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the work gets done and to keep our property looking great. If you are looking for a maintenance/cleaning company, stop your search because Emcee Building Service is the one for you.   Our 33 unit condo building association in University Village (Chicago) has been using EMCEE Building Services for a few years. The customer service, responsiveness, and technical knowledge by their staff is excellent. They do our weekly maintenance and all of our fixes around the building. Great service for a fair price. You can't go wrong with this company.
