  DHL worked perfectly for me in Europe, but in the US it has been a completely frustrating experience. Every shipment comes with issues, and I’ve decided not to use DHL anymore. Some customer service representatives struggle with basic English and simply repeat limited information instead of actually addressing the problem. After being kept waiting for three days without any updates, I asked for my package to be returned, but even that request is not being handled properly. All this time, I couldn’t get any information about the refund, and I was told that I need to request it over the phone, as it is not processed automatically. The worst experience ever!

  This was the most pleasant package pick up I have ever experienced! Soft jazz was playing, the agent greeted at me in a very friendly way, and I received my package swiftly. Great service and great atmosphere!

  I went to this DHL center all the way from Indiana because we needed to ship very important documents to another country and this center was the closest one to us, and I just want to say how glad we were that Maria was there; she was so helpful, so patient, explained everything so well and easily to us- we were a nervous wreck before this, but Maria's confidence and gentleness of explaining the process- made us feel relieved. Maria, thank you so much and I hope you get a really nice raise! Honestly, thank you so much, we truly appreciate you!
