ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE! DELIVERS MY MAIL TO SOMEWHERE BUT NOT TO ME. MY BILLS NEVER ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH BEEN LIVING THERE FOR 60 PLUS YEARS BEEN HIT WITH LATE FEES. SERIOUSLY I''M SURE IT WILL BE ON THE NEWS SOON.

HERE WE GO AGAIN. LOST MY CERTIFIED MAIL WITH MY RENT MONEY ORDER. THIS IS VERY CRIMINAL! Man I made it my mission to walk with mobility pain to drop my RENT money going to landlord in Arizona from this Chicago Heights post office and they keep getting lost. I purposely send money order to Goodyear Arizona from Chicago Heights and placed in post office employees hands. She asked me what the money order was for? I looked at her strangely why she needed to know what it was for! It looks like they money orders are a trap from employees who steal money orders and give no details how to obtain a refund! I'ma file complaint with federal postal inspectors. After calling main post office they said there was a form(6401) that the post office employee was supposed to file my claim from these employees who we see frequently are the main culprits. Where did it get lost cause tracking says it's still in same post office wherst I purchased. I don't trust anyone at the accounting service number on the 6401 form. Reason why? Just got 2nd call from accounting and lady talked like she was very angry from initial conversation. I almost thought she was a police cause she seemed angry and loudly. I didn't want to conversate with someone already excessively angry like I stole from USPS. I paid for a money order and for the certified mailing. I need my money back but it's a very tricky way to do this when employees don't even know how to assist reverently. No calm normal adult calls you sounding like they stubbed their toe. Im going through the vicious money order trap at this post office. Luckily I'm disabled and when I sue for causing infraction towards me.
