- KSkristy StangeFeb 25, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to this location recently & had two fed ex ground economy packages with prepaid labels. For those that aren't familiar, these packages have both a usps & fed ex tracking #. I asked the employee if I can drop the packages off at usps, & he assured me that I was able to, scanned my packages, & gave me a receipt. After a few days, I noticed tracking info hadn't updated, & now come to find out that usps has seized my packages because they were supposed to be dropped off at fed ex, not usps. This error has now cost me over $300 since items I sold to my customer won't reach her, & I had to reimburse her. The postmaster was dismissive & unhelpful when I called her for help. This could've been avoided if you trained your employees!!!!! Avoid this location & do not trust the employees here.

Ryan, Suzanne, and Mary have been incredibly patient, kind, personable, and—most importantly—helpful. I’ve had a lot to learn, and each of them has taken the time to truly “teach me the ropes.” Yesterday, I walked in at 4:29 p.m. (they close at 4:30) with nine packages to ship. Instead of feeling rushed, I was greeted with a warm, “Hello! Come on in—how can we help?” I kept apologizing for coming in so close to closing, and they immediately reassured me: “Oh please, we’re here to help—don’t worry, we’ve got you.” Their professionalism and genuine kindness do not go unnoticed. I’m so grateful for this team and the way they consistently support small businesses like mine.

I have never seen anything other than kindness and smiles coming from all employees at the Channahon location. I’ve also shipped out more than 500 orders here and every single order got to its destination on time! I also live in Channahon and never have I not gotten what I was expecting to get from the post office. I am thankful to have such kind people that I get to see almost every day. Thank you for all you do! You are all appreciated!
