  Best staff ever! So helpful and patient even when there was literally a line out the door of people with returns (which I don't think technically make them any money). I'm sorry I didn't write down her name, but the woman who helped me not only printed out my return form but helped seal my box better and did it all with a smile. I will definitely return and give them any business I can.

  The UPS Store #4323 on Kirby Ave. in Champaign, IL, did a superb job of packing and shipping a fragile item for me. I confided to the employee that I was really afraid to ship an old portrait, which was in a century-old oval frame with a slight domed glass cover. The person I spoke with happened to be Lainie, the manager of the store. She told me, "I will personally pack the item and ensure that it is well packed." She answered all my questions about what "well packed" means for this item, and I left feeling that it was in good hands. Indeed it was. A few days later, the recipient let me know that it had arrived at their address as scheduled and was in perfect shape. I am so grateful not only for the excellent service but also the understanding and reassurance. This was a precious heirloom, and I am not in a position to deliver it personally so had to rely on shipping. I can highly recommend this store if you have a similar need.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with the white, medium skinny front-counter employee during my visit. His demeanor was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not appear interested in helping. Communication felt strained, and his tone came across as rude rather than professional. For a customer-facing position, this behavior is concerning. I hope management addresses customer service standards.
