Looks like 143+ negative reviews. FedEx - profit, UPS - Profit, DHL - profit, USPS - loss. Time to privatize USPS and terminate worthless employees. FedEx has contracted with USPS to deliver. FedEx dropped off a week ago and tracking still shows they haven't done anything at Champaign. I don't know how many packages I have had arrive there and get misrouted.

Scheduling an appointment? Sure. Showing up for appointment? Absolutely not, try again. Calling ahead to confirm appointment? Nope, we don’t have a phone! If you value your time at all, just drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another location. Passport services are essentially nonexistent given that the clerk is conveniently “out” every time he’s scheduled to be there. I’m beginning to suspect he doesn’t exist…

We were able to schedule an appt to get our passports processed today and they had a sign saying at the door that it cannot be processed today. I wasn’t notified of any of that prior to my arrival. We waited in line and notified front desk and he was very rude and told us to “watch the news.” Very unprofessional.

Theft seems to be a problem. Normal services are somewhat hit or miss. Advise trying to avoid this location, when sending or receiving anything that might be mistaken for gift card or something that has value. Or send certified and with a tracker if you must.
