FedEx has contracted with USPS to deliver. FedEx dropped off a week ago and tracking still shows they haven't done anything at Champaign. I don't know how many packages I have had arrive there and get misrouted.

I wasn’t notified of any of that prior to my arrival. We waited in line and notified front desk and he was very rude and told us to “watch the news.” Very unprofessional.
