The U.S. GOV has very low standards, no surprise there... If this were a private entity, it would not survive. They have no incentive to do better.

She is unbelievably rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever! Not sure who to contact, but I would be highly surprised if USPS condones this type of behavior. Yelling at customers and refusing to assist with a minor task is insane. Will not be returning to this branch!!
