I ended up on a wild goose chase all over town trying to send out a FedEx package for a friend and after visiting several places all over town, Aiden made sure i had all the info I needed to get this task out of my hair even though it wasn’t their brand. This is the level of customer service that will ensure I will use UPS and definitely this location for all my future needs. Keep this up UPS!!!
- ARA ROct 3, 20253.0This whole outlet building needs some ramps for wheelchairs and the rest of the disabled community. I parked right in the inside corner of the front of the building, where I thought I saw a ramp in the space next to me, which is why I parked nose/engine facing the building instead of trunk over the sidewalk but there was no ramp. This almost cost me my package drop off because I was rolling my chair past parked cars thinking surely there would be a ramp for each outlet but instead I had to go up to the curb near my vehicle, stand up on my only leg, and roll the chair up and onto the curb then turn it around to sit back down into it. I turn around to go into the store and there was one employee watching me and the clock with the key in his hand ready to lock up but he opened the door when I rolled up to it and was about ready to pull it open even though he was basically leaning onto it and he repeated a few times that they close at 6:30pm then another employee which was already behind the counter. Told me I may need the wifi and asked if I would like it to be added to my phone , which he did, but then he also opened Amazon, entered the login verification code, and pulled up the order asking if it was the correct one. Then the label was printed, and my package accepted, so I said my thanks and left the store, rolled near my vehicle, slowly rolled off the curb, loaded my stuff, and now ending this review with this story, and I must I have no grudge to against this outlet in particular but just really frustrated with the lack of ramps and handicap inaccessibling
