This post office is the worst I've ever encountered. Arrived there, being told "please wait for a moment, we have to finish something in the back". Fine. However, nobody came back to do their job for 21 minutes (while more and more customers came in). They saw us all standing there and didn't care the least bit, just proceeded to sloooowly do their stuff in the back, as if we, the CUSTOMERS, don't exist. When we were finally "serviced", and addressed the extreme wait time, the guy claimed "there was nothing he could do about it" and went on a rant about how packages need to go out tonight (how is this the customers' problem?). What an attitude. Take care of your background work first, and customers second? But it didn't end there. We had to ship something with a customs form - which we did literally thousands of times before, so we know how that works. The guy claimed it is required to enter a phone number and fiercely argued about it. The form clearly states which fields are required to fill and which ones are not, and the phone number does not need to be filled. We show him explicitly what the form says on the top right. He just won't stop insisting about the phone number even though he clearly realizes he is wrong. But he just can't take it and now gets a total attitude. Calls his supervisor and pretends we are "confused about something" and should take it up with her. The whole way he talked to her about us right in front of us (and other customers) was outrageous. We are not confused at all and explain the situation to the supervisor... who - surprise, surprise, confirms that indeed no phone number is required. When she confirms, he gets an even crazier attitude and doesn't even want to deal with the next package that also required a customs form, and claims it's not needed. So after letting us stand there for 21 minutes, not doing their job, that's the treatment one gets? No wonder the post office is struggling!

I mailed a check to a mortgage company priority mail 5 weeks ago! It still says in transit to next facility… the guy with hearing aids was super rude. Raised his voice and threw the big envelope saying “it all gets delivered anyway idc” under his voice like he hates his job. Don’t use this location. They’ll lose your package for sure.

I am disappointed that someone parked in front of my mailbox, but also, that the mail carrier couldn't get out of the vehicle to walk 3 steps to my mailbox to deliver a package. Whatever happened to Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night?
