Please open the window of opportunity for people to to mail packages like Post Offices in the rest of the country. You are a government institution, hire people, fill in for the girl out to lunch. Be open normal business hours.

Don’t tell me A DOG TRAINER most dogs don’t go after packages as your excuse for why it was left accessible to her. Before this they said they didn’t see the Large Black Dog. All they give are excuses and pressure me to Buy a mail box. I wouldn’t spend any money on this institution that can’t even deliver to my door properly. Whole place is filled with excuses. Never accountability. Never even an apology. Can’t knock, “A baby might be sleeping” is their excuse. Total joke! Informed delivery doesn’t work when the Office in town can’t do their jobs correctly in the first place. Over a year I’ve been dealing with this nonsense.
