I called to see what I could do to avoid that. I spoke with Bret who was not only helpful, but got my package to the right address the next day. The package was a care package for a loved one, recently diagnosed with a serious illness. His patience, thoughtfulness and follow-through is greatly appreciated by me. Postal workers get a bad rap, in my opinion, and this reinforces that. Kudos to him!
