- MJMark JosephDec 11, 20251.0By far the worst mail service ever! I live in Keele Farms in Carpentersville. I have lived here for over 20 years. When I first moved here, my mail was always here by 3 or 4 PM for years it was like that. Lately I don't know if they hired someone new? But recently I don't even get my mail until after 6 pm. One time it was almost 7PM when I got my mail. Which I find totally unacceptable. I reached out to the post office to complain about this issue, and sure enough, I get a stupid response as always or excuses as to why the mail is always late. My neighbors have also noticed this issue as well and have also complained that they receive their mail late as well.

- GWGreg WellsDec 27, 20244.0I love this post office. It’s spacious it’s open. The staff is friendly efficient and accommodating. Crystal is very friendly. If you forget something they’re more than willing to try to find something to help you to seal up a package to address it and there’s never a long line. Go to Palatine you’ll be waiting there for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes. My only complaint would be the parking spots are kind of far from the door and I need a hip replacement so it takes a little bit for me to get to the front counter, but that’s the only thing that I find wrong with this place …good job C-VillePost Office!!
