Now it shows it's in transit to next facility. I live in Glendale Heights, what next facility is there? I see tons of one star reviews because you need to give one at least. Does anybody care? No responses from them. Here it is 12/28. My guess is somebody has a really nice new purse. We're the USPS and mediocrity is our policy so deal with it!! I will pay through the nose to NEVER ship with them again! NO STARS!!

They sent the package on the 18th November, it then sat in a USPS Facility in Lexington KY for 2 weeks before being sent to this delightful centre in Carol Stream IL and promptly not moving again!! I've honestly had goods sent from Australia (that were far bigger parcels than this is likely to be) that A/cost a lot less ,and B/ arrived 4 days after it was posted!!! How in the name of all things reasonable can it take 4 weeks to travel 394 (near as damn it) miles?? Is it being sent by carrier pigeon or are they waiting for some sort of teleportation machine to be invented to move this parcel?? Absolutely the worst service
