The staff is so annoyed with the very existence of customers that you think you must be on a hidden camera show. The attitude you receive is only the beginning, however. The total incompetence and disrespect that will follow you through your entire visit cannot be rivaled. Truly a testament to the "government employee" standard. Still waiting for my episodes of "Punk'd" to air. Highly recommend using UPS or FedEx any chance you get.

When we came back my husband had gone there to pick up the mail 4 times in a week, and he still hasn’t gotten our mail!!!!!They made him wait on the side for 20 minutes, told him to come back again, made him fill out a form again, and ended up saying they needed to talk to the supervisor. On top of that they are not kind or helpful. It is a very unpleasant place to do anything that you need, and they don’t do their job right either. I am not sure where or how we can retrieve the mail!!! Why are we paying taxes for this horrible service????? It is not acceptable!!!
