    My package was delivered, but it said it was delivered to an individual in Murphysboro,IL yet I LIVE IN CARBONDALE, IL Only reason it got 2 stars is because it was delivered to my wife the individual!!!

    They have 1 employee working the counter and 12-15 people waiting in line. When I walked in they were serving #80 and my number was 95. If this is how our tax dollars are being used, why don’t we privatize the USPS? Yet, we stand in line like sheep patiently waiting our turn and we can’t do a thing about it.

    Not all mail was delivered when it said it was. We never got Dec 23rd 24th or 26 mail.

    We were expecting a usps track package. The package had our address on it a blind person could read. Not delivered Delivered in town to a completely different address. We thank the Good Samaritan do went out of his way to drop it off at the right address.

    The mailman for Carterville REFUSES to deliver my mail. She SHOVES everything in my box, including MY MEDS from the VA (I'm a 100% disabled veteran) then never gave me the parcel locker key. Now, I cannot get my medications - SEVERAL - so I am in medical crisis and had to go to the ER. FIRE THIS LADY AND BRING ME MY MEDICATIONS
