We showed up at the Carbondale Illinois Staples and AJ went to work. AJ took and old photo off my phone and made us look great. I recommend Staples and Miss AJ.

The wait was insufferable -- one employee asking another to help out in shipping and he basically ignored her. She was working hard with printing and needed the help at the shipping / UPS dropoff and was ignored after requesting multiple times. The few of us in line just made eye contact and felt bad about the situation. UPS dropoffs are not profitable - I get it. Sadly, I won't be back for other office supplies after this experience. Hate leaving reviews like, I just couldn't find much good here.
