When I asked how much longer the said “we didn’t know you were here” seriously??? Not to mention that if you are 2 min late for you appointment they will not take you but when they are not on time is fine…just go somewhere else

Not sure why some of these reviews are what they are but for whatever it is worth, my experiences have always been great. I also appreciate the lobby being open 24/7 to drop off packages not just regular mail. Thank you!
- YSYashal SiddiquiJan 26, 20261.0The passport women wasted our time twice.. atleast we deserve a courtesy of correct info, if usps does not accept DS11 without SSN, you could have let us know instead of leaving us confused since it states something else on the DS11 application
