- YBYevgeniy BrailovskiyOct 21, 20251.0Walked in to do a standard return on Amazon. They won't take an item packed in a brown box. The box was from the manufacturer but it was a basic brown box. I asked for a policy and nowhere it said this isn't an acceptable box. Then the guy, who claimed to be an owner, which I actually doubt, was so rude.. He kept saying UPS tells them not to accept it. I was so ticked, I called UPS and asked about this. It took me more than 40 minutes to get to the right person but I got a confirmation that UPS should and will accept manufacture boxes as long as they are sturdy and a label can be affixed to it. That made me even nore upset. I don't usually rate places as 1 star but this is just getting ridiculous! I belive they just want you to buy their boxes to make more money! This is so sad.
