The store manager, told his associate to try the code but she overstepped him and said no, it doesn’t work, even though I have used this code numerous times for previous similar print jobs and the discount did work. Also, every other FedEx office I have been to has the laminate sheets out and available for customers to use, this location keeps everything behind the counter like it’s gold
