- JNJada NegronFeb 7, 20261.0I honestly understand why the ratings are so low here compared to others. Don't get me wrong I don't like working on saturdays either, I was also coming from work, but I felt it could've been handled differently. I attempted to send things back and as soon as I walked in it was quiet as im the only one there, and then I was met with attitude when it was my turn by the lady at the counter. She asked what im here for and i was going to state it but she wouldn't allow me to even finish my sentences at all. I never sent things back through USPS for shein and typically at other places they would make me not have them in a package cause they had to scan the skus on the bags, then package them. I wasn't aware that this time they had to be packaged and ready to ship as shein only gave me a QR code. When she explained that I then said I understand and I didnt know. I was immediately shut down and told I have to have these things ready and I have to package it. She said it over and over. All I could say was okay cause she still would not let me even complete my sentence or get a word in. I was just going to leave, but she then said she could take my other package since it is ready, and I just didn't want to deal with the attitude so I just said no thank you have a good day and left.
