I have sent 5 certified return receipt letters to this post office. I only received 1 receipt back - nit the service I paid for. Unacceptable!

New to town, first I was told I can’t have a mailbox in my own hard bc the carrier refused to turn a corner a drive her car 10 feet to my yard.. then I was told to put my mailbox on someone else’s property, not city property, private property, without the owners permission. Since I refused to break the law my only other option was a P.O. Box that as a single mother I just couldn’t afford. Then I found out while doing my own research that I qualified for a free P.O. Box, which of course I was never told. I was given a piece of paper with some information that stated all that was needed for the P.O. Box would be a valid license or ID and my lease. I went into the post office with both prepared to get my box and was told they couldn’t accept my ID because it doesn’t have my new address on it. I work during the dmvs business hours so I haven’t had a chance to get it changed. Nice to know how new people are treated on this town. Now I have no options and my mail is being returned to sender. Thanks government.

I keep getting my brother-in-law's mail, despite many complaints about it and made it clear that we don't speak to them.... I have sent mail out two weeks ago and it still hasn't made it to Charleston only two hours away and it was paperwork required for work...but the paperwork I sent out Saturday made it there yesterday.
