I constantly get the wrong mail or sometimes my mail gets lost, you go into the facility and they act like they don't want to be there and that you're the problem. Everyone here should be fired or retraines. It's sad when I can go to the Godfrey location and tell them the problems and they say "yeah, we hear it all of the time. We're glad we can help." I wish I could give this place zero stars out of five, because they really don't deserve a one star rating.
