- WWWelborn1 day ago1.0The workers here do not know how to keep composure. I have been going here for years I have not had a single good experience with this location. Every time they find a reason to complain or have just have horrible attitude. This last visit was my breaking point I will not be back here. They are never helpful and even in line I hear their extremely rude over the top comments to the customer it’s a shame. Unprofessional environment and employees are very frustrating.

I went here trying to send a bubble package that ive sent thousands of, and after waiting in line for 45 minutes she said the package was too small.. I drove to the willow springs location and there they took my package without any issue at all i was in and out in 2 minutes. How does that work? Again if you want to have a peaceful day, drive an extra few minutes to any other location then this one.

- MMMary MooreSep 19, 20251.0I arrived at the USPO in Bridgeview, IL at 4:55pm and they were inside with the doors locked. They refused to let me when I clearly pointed out it was not 5pm. I have been in customer service most of the my adult life and never have I seen that blatant rudeness. Today Thursday 9/29 at 5pm was her shift. I didn’t get the person name but she knows who she is. Please address this.
