From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine kindness and patience that truly stood out. There was a gentleman with tattoos who went above and beyond to help me — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. His calm and respectful attitude really made my day. There was also a wonderful woman with blonde hair who was just as kind and patient. They both took their time, made sure I understood everything, and treated me with such warmth and respect. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and I can’t thank them enough. I'm so glad I chose this post office over another one I was considering. The level of care and service here is unmatched. I cut my finger while pulling out my six different packages to mail and Frank the gentle man that was cleaning sprang into Action tissue and a bandaid in seconds flat! Then the wonderful man ringing me up got me all the best prices for the quickest delivery! This is the best post office I have ever been too by far!!
