- RBRobert BradyFeb 25, 20261.0Called this office at around 1PM today to request I pickup a package delivered to their office at 11:38AM per the tracking information since I had a feeling it wouldn't make the truck(s). Without giving me a chance to give the tracking number, he told me trucks left 30 minutes ago and that I should get it today. How could he know unless he knew my tracking number??? And the tracking information has not updated at all since that call and still shows an estimated delivery date of tomorrow by 9PM... So I called again since none of the tracking information updated and the other guy said I'd get it today to see if I can pick it up from their office instead. A lady answers the phone and says, "Oh we don't do that, it'll be on tomorrow's delivery list." Its literally 10 minutes from me and will be one less thing they have to do but insist on lying and being difficult.

- PDPaul DMar 23, 20181.0I needed a piece of tape to tape my box, and they said they have no packing tape in the whole store. They wanted to charge me for a 5 inch piece of priority tape. What kind of shipping service doesn't have tape in store if you need a small piece. And really, $2 charge for a 5" piece of tape? Really?
