  I had an important document I needed faxed or mailed. Ivy was very patient and helpful, although my fax didn't go through. Afterwards, Devin helped me mail the letter instead. I always choose to go to UPS for my delivery or office needs. The employees are always helpful! Thank you, guys!!!

  There was a line- 4 people deep and up to 8 people when I left. The two staff members did a great job moving us through.

  I would like to recognize Ari, Devon, and Kalisha at the 1112 W. Boughton Rd. location in Bolingbrook. Over the past two weeks, they have been absolutely amazing and consistently provided excellent customer service. I recently visited the store to take advantage of the shredding services, and while I was there, I had the opportunity to observe how they interacted with other customers as well. Each of them demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and kindness while assisting customers of all ages with a variety of service needs. They kept the line moving efficiently while ensuring everyone felt helped and satisfied. Although this location is not the closest one to me, I choose to visit this store specifically because of the exceptional customer service I receive there. My experience at another location was not as positive, which makes the level of service at the Boughton Road store stand out even more. Hats off to Ari, Devon, and Kalisha for a job well done. They are a true asset to your team.
