- BLBri Lew6 days ago1.0I went to this location because this is my local post office. I waited in line behind a woman and not one employee working at the counter. After a few minutes I just walked out and went to romeoville post office. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

Now it's not nearly as difficult, and that is a direct result of how I was treated by Postal Employee Darwin. Every time I went there, here is what happened: •Darwin answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. •Darwin treated me with Kindness, Courtesy, Patience, and Respect. He had a Friendly, yet, Professional manner. He always offered a genuine smile even amidst stressful surroundings. •Darwin made Honest recommendations based on my actual postal needs. I can only imagine the countless other persons for whom Darwin has made a difference in their days too !!! ✨✨💖💖💖✨✨ Allan and the Ladies working behind the counter were also Polite and Helpful. May God continue to Bless Darwin and the Employees of the Bolingbrook Post Office. ✨✨🙏🙏🙏✨✨
- G2Globetrotter 2028Dec 21, 20255.0My beef is with the MANAGER at this location, the outside in the front entrance looks ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, VERY DIRTY WINDOWS with Spider webs, and on the lighting as well. The old salt for the ICE/SNOW should be swept up and not tracked inside DUHHH, and the garbage cans emptied. This is a UNITED STATES POST OFFICE . PLEASE CLEAN UP MY POST OFFICE OUTSIDE, AND HIRE A WINDOW WASHER, the outside has been this way for a while now and I’m sick of it. Make me feel happy about paying the PRICE INCREASES.
