    I'm so pleased with the service I received here on 12/29/2025. After a disastrous visit to FedEx across the street a few moments earlier, I walked in UPS and was met with a huge smile and a friendly greeting. I was already upset with the service I received across the street, but this employee told me she could take care of my needs with no problem. There were 2 women there, and it was rather busy but both employees were very courteous, efficient and friendly. The work I needed completed, (which an empty FedEx store couldn't/wouldn't help complete), was done quickly, correctly, and cordially.

    Went at 445pm and the door was locked. Their were two people at the counter and they didn't even move to let me in. Horrible service- they aren't even closed, there was no sign saying somebody was at lunch, why is the door locked? Won't be back.

    I was the first one in the store and needed something printed. Was told only the manager has the password to the email and they’d be in soon. So I waited and went to ask if there was a time estimate and they said probably a couple of hours. Trash service.
